Guardians of the Galaxy Starter Set

The Guardians of the Galaxy Starter is a one-stop purchase for an entire Guardians of the Galaxy force. Starter sets are proving to be popular ways for new players to get into MCP or for veteran players to try a new faction for the game. It’s on pre-order now and will be available on July 24th.

This starter contains the following Guardian of the Galaxy affiliation characters: Star-Lord, Gamora, Nebula, Rocket Raccoon, Groot, Drax, Ronan the Accuser, Cosmic Ghost Rider, Yondu, Nova. Collected together for the first time this is the entire range of models available for the affiliation.

Dark Dimension Incursion Terrain Pack

I think these terrain kits are my favorite element of Marvel Crisis Protocol. They really bring the kinetic feel of comic book action to the table. I love an accessible way to make your gaming board look thematic even if you’re not a world class terrain maker.

The accompanying “One Shot” cards in these sets bring new environmental rules to your games. This all adds up to make you feel like you’re engaged in one of the wild events that rocks the world of the Marvel Universe.

When the fabric of reality tears and the Dark Dimension pushes its way into Earth-616, the surrounding environment that once seemed so familiar and mundane may become warped into the strange and unrecognizable as the Dark Dimension’s incursion alters the world around it.

Dimensional Terror Terrain Pack

Folks, I cannot tell you how excited I am to see a terrain set that contains three of my favorite things: a Lovecraftian terror, street hot dogs, and garbage. This might be my favorite piece of terrain released by any company in 2026. I’m not even playing MCP right now and I still might get this just to paint. Just like the Dark Dimension Incursion above, this box includes a One Shot terrain card with scenario rules.

The Dark Dimension is filled with all manner of otherworldly creatures and villains. The heroes of Earth must band together to push back against the Dark Dimension and fight off these beasts as they rip through the fabric of reality during their inter-dimensional incursions.

I hope the Dimensional Terror restricts its attacks to street vendors and leaves Gray’s Papaya alone…
