‘The Art of…’ Returns To Kickstarter With 3 New Art Books Packed With Gorgeous Miniatures

Three new volumes of incredible miniatures from Alfonso Giraldes (AKA Banshee), Tim Marsh, and Anastasia Loukrezi are live now on Kickstarter.

Over the past decade, ‘The Art of…’ has become the premier print-showcase of miniature art and artists, and the latest three volumes are now on Kickstarter. Publisher Dave Taylor knows a thing or two about miniatures. His resume as the former editor-in-chief of both White Dwarf and Wargames Illustrated is impressive, but his work as an independent publisher has been really impressive.

The latest installment of three volumes highlights the work of three phenomenal miniatures artists; Alfonso Giraldes (AKA Banshee), Tim Marsh, and Anastasia Loukrezi. These are beautiful and inspiring art books, not tutorials, and are just overflowing with inspirational photography and writing from the painters themselves.

Previous volumes feature the outstanding work of the Miniature Monthly team, Christof Keil, Ana Polanscak, Chris Suhre, Tommie Soule, Seyni N’diaye, Erik Swinson, Bjarni Dali, Katarzyna Górska, Roman Lappat, Sam Lenz, Josua Lai, Vincent Venturella, Tim Marsh, and Natalia Oracz!

Dave’s Kickstarter track record is extremely good. His books ship on time and without issue. Speaking personally, I’ve backed every book he’s published on Kickstarter and have never been disappointed. I have a whole shelf groaning under the weight of these books…
