Painting the Eldar Crimson Hunter II

The Eldar have the coolest flyers, come see how to paint the newest Eldar jetfighter.

This is the second episode in Kenny’s How to Paint: Crimson Hunter series (checkout part one HERE). In this video he shows you how to lay down those sick bring colors Eldar are known for.

Kenny from Next Level Painting has your back when it comes to airbrushing. Plus he can get those tight conversions like a Chaos Knight Titan done for you too!

Painted canopy. Ugh. Half the detail on the model is in the cockpit.

I used to try painting canopy interiors until one day, after spending a week painting a Valkyrie, I applied Purity Seal to the model to finish it and the glass fogged up, making it impossible to see the models I spent the day painting. :/

Yup. They don’t look like G.I. Joes if you paint them properly. Painting liquid mask on the transparent surfaces then airbrushing the frame works very well and gives you a clean looking canopy that shows off all the cool detail inside.
