Kromlech: Men in Tights, Legionaries in Hoods

Deck out your 28mm in these hooded helmets from Kromlech.

That’s right. More heads for Kromlech’s Legionary Veterans, these ones by popular demand. Now with hoods and face masks. You get two different designs, and five of each variant in every pack. Check them out if you want to customize your 28mm “heroic scale” miniatures with some different headpieces than the ones you’re used to. Give yourself that unique look–I am partial to the shield-facemask of the Legionary Veteran Heads myself. It makes them look more severe–it also makes the heads seem a little more universally applicable. ut you only get five of those, so your milage may vary.

Thinking back to a comment I made a few weeks ago that the after-market for Space Marine helmets has been pretty saturated for years, only to be told that the Legionary Helmets are “supposed to be Storm Troopers”..Are these hooded heads with knightly face plates supposed to be “Storm Troopers” too?

The last batch were star wars style ones, which I don’t think people have seen before.

But with the release of primaris the heads and shoulder pads are probably quite in demand as there’s not a lot of official options to customise, so if say they are still quite relevant

If they think they can sell them why not? I think there are worse problems then more diversity in models.

I’m after some variant heads for my MkIII armour dudes. i’ll be checking out Kromlech, Puppetswar, Maxmini and any other sites to see whats on offer. I guess it is a product that has a small production cost, but can still command a premium price tag.

Huh. Those veteran helmets would be great for Fallen.
