Adeptus Mechanicus – 3 Books Inbound

You read that right.  The latest word says to expect THREE Ad Mech books from GW over this release window.  Here’s the details:

Skitarii book is on a par with the militarum tempestus book
Next book is the full adeptus mechanicus codexx
Third book is painting guide

There are two hq models, two heavies one a walker one is a more traditional vehicle design (?)….. the main codex will have significant decurion like formations with some really powerful special rules.

We’ve seen this pattern before with Dark Eldar, Astra Militarum and others.  GW has however reversed the release order of the pair of codices in the past.  Remember for example how Tempestus Scions shipped BEFORE the Astra Militarum codex.  I would expect that if Ad Mech is indeed a “full sized army release” like the rumors are saying we can expect something along the same lines.
