This episode had a lot of great info about the new medicade grenade for the Apothecary Marines. It’s a static heal that you can toss out and it provides your team with a roughly 10 second Heal-Over-Time boost that can provide some moderate healing. It’s perfect to toss at a doorway and have your team run through on the way to cap a point.

They also talked quite a bit about future updates for the Orks, the introduction of Grav weapons, and other quality of life improvements going forward. However, the big reveal was the Elite Units they previewed. They only showed off the Chaos Terminator model and they had a preliminary Wraithguard animation included. They mentioned some more info about the Ork Nobs – so those are on the way also, however because each Elite Unit is completely unique with new animations it’s going to take a while before they are fully in the game.

The crew at Behaviour also mentioned that pretty much all the options you’d find on the Terminator Sprue are eventually coming to the game, specifically the Chaos Terminators with all those crazy helmets and weapon options. There was also talk about the Thunderhammer/Stormshield for the Space Marines, too. These units probably won’t make an appearance until next year but they want to keep the player base in the loop – which is why they are still doing these update streams.

As always, the game is now live, and if you like what you see then hop on and go smash some stuff in the 40k universe!

Anyone else enjoying the game as much as me? I’m digging the PvE stuff!
