Alright friends, the internet does exactly two things–let you bluetooth your fridge to your phone to your home network for no reason, and bring you pictures of stuff from games before they come out. First up, here’s what you need to know about the Imperial Assassins. You can take them as Vanguard Detachments, but won’t get command points for it unless you take exactly one of each type. And they can never have Warlord traits–but that said, you don’t really need them, because these Assassins use Stratagems to get the job done. Let’s take a look.

First up, we have the one that enables all the rest–Priority Threat Neutralized rewards your assassins for assassinating. For every character you kill you can gain 1 command point, effectively. And you’ll need them to empower your assassins to use the rest of the stratagems here–it’ll keep them killing well above their weight.

Each Assassin has their own particular flavor of stratagem that enables them. Vindicares can make their Exitus rifles work even on Vehicles, Callidus Assassins are all about stealth and infiltration and not getting killed immediately.

Culexus Assassins can turn up their damage a surprising amount, while the Eversor just kills twice, which has the chance of bringing it closer to melting into a puddle of dangerous goo.

Two stratagems for every Assassin, many different ways to kill–these rules bring some spicy new flavor to Imperial Soup.
