Upcoming Events You Can’t Miss – FTN

2 Minute Read
Feb 25 2019

In this episode we mostly talk about a few upcoming events you don’t want to miss – Including a couple of high demand pere-registration dates. Of course we have the normal dose of tactics and hobby talk. Chris, Mike and Paul jibber jabber..

We run down a few events happening soon in this episode.  Chris speaks about the annual Wargames for Warriors events that have now becoming an amazing month long drive in Utah.  There are multiple ways to support this amazing event.  Please check it out if you have the means.  Organized by a veteran for veterans.

NOVA Open Registration Opens March 1st at 8pm EST.  This is a high demand ticket for the limited tournament swag and merchandise.  This is their TENTH anniversary.  The hype is real.  If you even think you want to grab one of these tickets or some limited release gear then make sure you’re parked at the computer next Friday.

Coming up April 27th-28th we’ll be attending the Barnyard Brawl Convention.  Tickets are on sale for that right now.   This event promises great terrain, great atmosphere and a competitive crowd.  I attended this event last year and had a great time.  A lot of folks from my crew will be there and looking to brawl.  Hope to see you there.

Day 17 and still no Genestealer Cult review from us..   I sincerely apologize.  It’s coming!!  We may mention of how we’ve shirked our responsibility in this show.  Not as a teaser but as a promise that we will delivery the goods complete with tactics and list ideas.

We close out the show talking about TWO hobby things..  One is gold from Morgan.  He’s been primarch painting recently and really wanted to push the limits.  The other if Fat Washing Whiskey.  Yep.. you read that right.  Mike B breaks new ground tonight talking about an alternative way to enjoy a beverage.  Depending on how this goes we may include this as a monthly segment.

FTN mostly focuses on Warhammer 40k, but again you will see in the first few episodes we take a severe deep dive into nerdom. These have been a blast to record and I hope they help pass the time for you.
