GW Rumor Engine: Hammer Time
No time for witty quips. It’s all business on this week’s Rumor Engine from Games Workshop.
Games Workshop has dropped the hammer with this week’s Rumor Engine. Behold it’s blunt glory:
“Can you guess what this week’s Rumour Engine is?”
Is it a hammer? Perhaps a mallet? Could it be a fancy maul? Whatever it is, this Rumor Engine looks to be able to produce some blunt force trauma. At the same time, it’s got a lot of filigree – perhaps it’s a sign of office like a gavel.
Interestingly, the insides of the hammer looks to have some cracks forming. perhaps it’s similar to the weapon from last week:
Could it be another type of stone weapon wrapped in metals? The paint job, even in greyscale, looks interesting. There certainly looks to be some discoloration on the inside where the cracks are forming.
What do you make of this one? I’m leaning towards an AoS weapon – but I could also see this as a 40k release, too.
