Wear Your Interests on Your Sleeve with D&D Apparel

Mar 3 2020

We’ve been taking a look at D&D accessories you could use at the table to play. This week let’s do something a little different check out the thing can use anywhere besides the game table: apparel.

How do you let the people around you know that you’re a gigantic nerd? Sure, we all talk almost incessantly about our interests, but sometimes you need to quietly project your favorite hobbies to everyone in the room; and for that Dungeons and Dragons apparel is perfect. You could (and should) get something with the official dragon ampersand, but there are so many designs to match your specific gaming taste and maybe even your character out there.

Dungeon Armory

Dice are a mainstay of D&D, a true classic. Yes, other games require handfuls of number cubes, but when I see a D20 I immediately think TTRPGs. Dungeon Armory isn’t only D20 themed offerings, but there are quite a few and they are all unique and very cool. Plus if you’re a fan of the Pop Sockets like myself (don’t make fun of me, they’ve significantly reduced how often I drop my phone on my own face), they have a very nice selection of D&D Pops so your phone can show off that nerdiness as well.

Paola’a Pixels

Looking for a necromancer sticker? A wizard skirt? A ranger patch? Paola’s is the place for you. This is one of my personal favorite D&D apparel shops, with unique designs, thoughtful details, and a gigantic and diverse collection of items. Want a nerdy tie? How about a new tote bag? Maybe you collect enamel pins. The D&D class skirts are my favorite, but everything here is worth checking out.

My Nerd Life

If it’s important to you that people knows your alignment or fantasy race pay a visit to My Nerd Life. They carry a huge variety of styles including a classic retro print and custom shirts if you have a very specific character you want everybody to know about. The race shirts all have different illustrations which represent the characters very well, and they’ll print anything from shirts and hoodies to mugs. Live your best nerd life.

I love puns and I love finding shops like this one. Some of the items aren’t strictly TTRPG related, but they are all definitely steeped in nerd culture with a side of inclusivity. If rainbow dice / class keychain, wearable puns on your identity, and supporting small artists are up your ally, check out EvocaitArt’s shop.

Burbles and Babies

Is there a very small human in your life that you want to indoctrinate into nerd culture very young? Like under a year young? Burbles and Babies has dozens of designs among the gamut of the nerd zeitgeist in a ton of colors. They won’t fit you, but they don’t need to if they fit the little one with you!

What’s your favorite way to show off your nerd cred? Do you have a favorite D&D shirt or will you be getting your new favorite today? Let us know in the comments.
