9th Edition hits stores in July 25th. That's just one short week away. GW had to respond to the scarcity brouhaha going around the country with independent stores being capped at roughly 50 units max of the Indomitus. They are doing a 2nd print run of the set, and sending more copies out to FLGSs - but that 2nd print run won't arrive till December.
I have a feeling this entire issue will be moot in a few weeks anyway as there are certainly other starter boxed sets coming. Ind...
