Blood Bowl 3 is getting ready to bring blood, guts, and glory to the pitch once again–and this time the Black Orcs take the field.

Blood Bowl 3, the next installment of the popular Blood Bowl video game series, brings all of the hard hitting action of the tabletop game to a PC or Console near you–including the Switch–soon enough. So wherever you play games, you’ll find hard hitting action ready to dominate the gridiron.

Today we’re taking a closer look at one of the new factions introduced in Blood Bowl 3: the Black Orcs.

Full to the brim with big beefy Orcs, stunty Goblins, and massive Troll allies which–if they can work as a team–are sure to dominate the gridiron like you wouldn’t believe.

Tired of the amateur performance of the other Greenskins, the Black Orcs have decided to create their own teams. Forget about passing, dodging and speed: above all, the Black Orcs are shining examples of how methodically and brutally grind opposing players into the dirt.

Lining up next to a Troll, whose extraordinary wild strength is only equalled by its striking stupidity, and Goblins that carry the ball and flood the pitch, the Orcs’ favorite tactic involves reaching the end zone by viciously crushing any opponents foolish enough to try to bar their way!

As violent as they are powerful, the Black Orcs are a formidable race in Blood Bowl 3. Additional videos will be released soon to highlight more teams, showing their strengths, weaknesses and the strategies they use in the game.

Planned for release in August 2021, the game will be available on PlayStation®4, PlayStation®5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Steam and Nintendo Switch™.

Of course the Black Orcs are just one of the twelve teams featured. You’ll also find Human, Orc, Dark Elf, Elven Union, Skaven, Dwarf, Nurgle, and Chaos Chosen teams, accompanied by newcomers like the Black Orcs and the Imperial Nobility from the latest season of Blood Bowl, as well as the Old World Alliance and Chaos Renegades.

Which team will win it all? There’s only one extraordinarily bloody way to find out
