Gale Force Nine has just unveiled their latest set of collector’s series D&D miniatures: a set of Drizzt and the Companions of the Hall.

When it comes to collector’s minis, Gale Force 9 makes some of the best ones for Dungeons & Dragons that you can find. A big part of this comes from the love of the game at GF9–when you look at what they have assembled as part of their collector’s series of miniatures, you get the sense that they’re fans and players as well as miniature makers:

And as of yesterday they unveiled for pre-order a new collector’s series: Drizzt and the Companions of the Hall. Check it out.

Drizzt and the Companions of the Hall – $50

Drizzt Do’ Urden & Guenhwyvar, his ranger companion from the Astral Plane with the Companions of the Hall. Long serving friends and allies who have travelled the Forgotten Realms, facing all manner of evils are arriving in days.

In this collector’s series set, you’ll find Drizzt Do’Urden, the legendary drow ranger, accompanied by some of the best-known adventurers this side of Icewind Dale. Besides Do’Urden, who wields the two scimitars Twinkle and Icingdeath, there’s Guenhwyvar, the magic panther from the astral plane who lives inside a Figurine of Wondrous Power, Bruenor Battlehammer, Wulfgar the Barbarian, Catti-brie, and the halfling thief known as Regis who comes posed atop a treasure chest.

These miniatures are unassembled and unpainted, so you’ll have to put them together, but that lets you customize the paint scheme the way you’d like, so you can get Drizzt and friends looking stylish the next time your party wanders towards their stomping grounds in Icewind Dale.

This set is due for release later this year, so if you’re looking to get your pre-orders in, now’s the time. Keep the Summer of Drizzt going.
