It’s time to go deep beneath the seas of Ulgu in a new season of Warhammer: Underworlds – it’s time to go to Harrowdeep!

Warhammer: Underworlds is tackling a new location this season as the battles rage on. Harrowdeep sets its sights on the shadow realm of Ulgu as the Stormcast Eternals lead the charge to fight some interesting opponents in the boxed set. It’s Kruleboyz vs Stormcasts in the boxed set!

via Warhammer Community

“After two years of battling it out in the shadow of the living mountain known as Beastgrave, Warhammer Underworlds: Harrowdeep moves the action to a new shadowy location. Deep beneath the seas in Ulgu lies a  forgotten dungeon where darkness reigns supreme. There are even rules to reflect fighting in the Realm of Shadows that can shroud parts of the battlefield in gloom.”

It’s not just the theme that’s beneath the waves – check out the new board and all the components inside the box:

The box set (as mentioned) features the Stormcast Eternals vs the Kruleboyz once again. And if you’ve started one of those armies recently thanks to the Dominion box, you’ll be happy to know rules for both warbands for Age of Sigmar are available inside this boxed set, too.

New Deckbuilding Options

Not only will the boxed set contain all the typical cards you’d need to play two new warbands this set also features some more help to get you started right out of the box.

“The new Rivals format makes Warhammer Underworlds more accessible than ever by using pre-made decks – you’ll be able to pick up a warband and jump straight in, safe in the knowledge that your deck is just as good as your opponents.”

The classic Championship format isn’t going away – this is just an additional way to build and play decks. Furthermore, this set also features a bunch more universal cards as well as some new Grand Alliance-specific cards. That’s sure to be the first of many from the Harrowdeep season!

The next season of Warhammer: Underworlds is coming soon!
