Next week might be fairly quiet for pre-order releases–but we can look forward to new mini reveals, and a glimpse of 2022.

The holidays are upon us, despite the best efforts of a year that seemed to want to do nothing more than bunker down with either a cuppa (if you’re British) or a cup of (if you’re American). Either way, next week, Games Workshop is rolling out previews of things to come.

While there aren’t any new pre-order releases, there are still plenty of exciting glimpses into a grim, dark future within which there is only war. And it all starts with this mini:

Look at those drones, surrounding this cloaked figure–this seems to curt a fairly large profile, though whether that’s because they’re a new Primaris of some kind, or are just a really jumped-up Inquisitor with some fancy tech, is anyone’s guess.

But next week we’ll get to have our questions answered. As well we’ll also get our first looks of the new codexes releasing in 2022, and the Advent Engine will continue its slow spiral into Chaos, which will surely end well.

On top of that, next week you’ll also get two different Christmas videos over on Warhammer+. There’ll be a festive Kill Team battle report, as well as a winter-themed Citadel Colour Masterclass.

The Warhamer Vault opens up for the August-October 2013 White Dwarves, diving headlong into the past, and bringing with it War Zone: Pandorax for your perusal. Finally, Hammer  & Bolter returns with a new animated story about a Tech-Priest and her Kastelan Robot friend.

Presumably they fight crimes.

All this, next week!
