Racing in from Hell, the Enlightened Faction Wild West Exodus from Warcradle Studios has two new sets of minis coming out.

One is about to hit pre-orders and the other is newly available now. Today, we are going to take a quick look at both kits.

The Apex Hellions

To start, I am going to share the newest miniatures set yet to go on Pre-Order. These are the Apex Hellions. They are a good way to expand on what you already own or to just get something cool. Check these things out! They would shred you apart and given that they possess wings, they wouldn’t be easy to outrun!

How brutal are those minis! Wow. So gory with that poor cowboy on the base! The artwork looks awesome too!

Now, let’s move on to the Sickle Gyro-Cav Model.

Wild West Exodus – Sickle Gyro-Cav

Check this out! OnTableTop was kind enough to send me a copy of the Sickle Gyro-Cav for review purposes. In the interest of full disclosure, OnTableTop is owned by Wayland Games who also own Warcradle Studios.

This model is basically a flying saucer of Death that can move friendly models of a certain type around the table quickly.

Overall, this is a fairly easy resin model to put together. I ran into a few issues that I describe in the longer version of this article and the video review further below. In this article though, I am going to focus on the finished model.

A shot of the model during construction.

Here are some shots of my completed miniature.

Wrapping it up…

I have to say that I like what Warcradle has done with the minis of Wild West Exodus so far. The minis are crisp and really cool looking!

If you want to see scale comparison images of the mini, the sprues, or more images of the built model, come on over to my personal site and check out my full written review of the Sickle Gyro-Cav model. I also have links to where you can buy the minis from too in that post.
