Let’s kick the weekend off with some new New Capenna Spoilers. Check out new Magic the Gathering cards, new art, and bootlegging raccoons.

Alright friends, let’s take a look at the latest wave of New Capenna spoilers. New Capenna spoilers that are new. New New Capenna spoilers, if you will–these include some new cards, and my new favorite piece of set art to date. Let’s take a look.

New New Capenna Cards Spoiled

First up the cards. That’s the big one for the weekend. Up here we have Xander’s Lounge, which enters the battlefield tapped and can be cycled. We know that New Capenna is full of cycling lands–but what’s worth noting in this one are the guns with bayonets in the background. Crime might pay after all, in New Capenna.

Then we have the Cabaretti Charm, which is absolutely delicious. A green, a white, and a red will get you some pretty great value, either buffing your creatures, making some bodies, or burning for a surprising amount depending on your board state.

It also comes in dark mode.

Now we’re onto my favorite part of the spoilers though–the new art. It’s incredible. You can practically breathe in the smoke, bourbon, and jazz.

Can you hear the clinking of glasses and the murmur of the crowd? I can.

Here’s the Praetor of the Quiet Furnace, doing what Phyrexians do best. Note the creepy arm blade. That can’t be comfortable.

Now for my personal favorite piece of art this set: these bootlegging raccoons. From the feral glee to the knife to the glowing keg of Halo, I love everything about this. It just gets better the more you look at it.

Then we have some stylized art that shows off the deco and the decay of the set.

Finally, a little glimpse into the speakeasy life in these new New Capenna spoilers.
