2 Minute Read
Apr 3 2022

Bug reports incoming, as Codex Tyranids and a few new models get ready for pre-order next weekend. Check it out!

Alright folks, it’s Tyranid Time next week. The big bad bugs are back, ready to devour anything and everything for the glory of the Hive. What new horrors await in the new Codex? Let’s find out!

Codex Tyranids

First up, the new book is up for pre-order next weekend. It has updated rules that will bring Tyranids back to the battlefield in a big way. Do you want swarmier Hormagaunts? Deadlier poisons? This book has them in spades, along with new bioweapons and more.

There’s even new Crusade rules in the new Codex, which is available in standard and collector’s editions.  But that’s not the only thing coming for the bugs next week.

The Parasite of Mortrex also arrives in the wake of the death of its namesake planet, with a stunning new model that’s equal parts powerful and deeply unsettling. This bat-winged horror rakes across enemy lines with razor-sharp claws, but by far its most terrible weapon is the long ovipositor tail.

It’s time to get hyped, really Geiger style with this one. Turn enemies into Ripper swarms, unleash terror everywhere, it’s a great time.

Speaking of mounting horrors, why not unleash a new batch all at once? This box gets you 43 models altogether. 36 Termagants, a Hive Tyrant and three warriors, as well as three Ripper swarms. Enough to get your Hive started.

Made to Order Space Marine Captains

Of course, what would be the fun of having space bugs without a bunch of Space Marines for them to feed on? Fortunately you can get made to order Marine Captains for the next little while. So if you want a Classic Capt., keep an eye out for the order window, because once it’s gone, so are they.

All this, next week!
