You thought you had the meta figured out from last week. Just wait- the Hive Fleets will be hitting the table bigger and beefier than ever.

Hi all,

Will the new Nids be more brains than brawn?  Why not both?  Seriously, this is a great book with tons of options for generals. Check this show out.

John Hickton graces us with his expansive Tyranid knowledge and insights into the new abilities.  We’re definitely going to see a ton of  Maleceptors and Zoanthropes on the table and believe it or not, Tyranid Warriors. Warriors will be back as a mainstay in almost any variant of the lists we think.  There are a few powerful mechanics in the book that allow you to wring and incredible amount of ferocity and efficiency out of these creatures.

In the middle of the show we’re joined by Caleb from CK Studios to talk about airbrushing and how to get into it if you’re airbrush curious.

The hobby segment is about White Dwarf tutorials this week. Remember, a lot of tutorials are based on models but as the reader you can just focus on the colors used if the faction doesn’t apply to you.

FTN mostly focuses on Warhammer 40k, but you will see that in the first few episodes, we take a severe deep dive into nerdom. These have been a blast to record, and I hope they help pass the time for you. Please please please check out the new Forge The Narrative objective markers. These things look awesome. Ordering a set is a good way to support one of our sponsors AND the show. Find them here.
