The battles of Warcry have shifted to the realm of Ghur. That means some new warbands like the Rotmire Creed. Check this one out!

If missed the announcement, the battles of Warcry are moving location. We’re heading to the Gnarlwood which is a “hellhole” of a spot between Gallet and Thonida. This frightening forest is full of deadly flora and fauna. So you know if anyone or any groups of folks are there they are going to be tough sons. That’s where the Rotmire Creed comes in.

They are doing battle with the Horns of Hashut and are distinctively more at one with the surrounding area. Today, we’re getting a tease from their warband with an introduction to the Carrion Catcher.

“With a name like Carrion Catcher, we suppose his roped hook is used to grab slain foes from the forest floor to use as food later. It also looks like it’d be a handy tool in a fight.”

Rotmire Creed Carrion Catcher

This is one sneaky looking fellow! Just take a moment to take that model in. Clearly that isn’t a plain ol’ fishing rod. And his uh…cloak is covered in bits of wood and moss. I really like the reeds he’s wearing as a mask and possibly armor underneath, too. And what’s up with those stilts he’s wearing. Clearly this guy spends his time in the muck and has worked out a way to move through that mess.

The Carrion Catcher is just the first reveal from this warband. I’m very curious about the rest of them and how that whole crew is going to look and function. They are very different from those Horns of Hashut!

I really appreciate how different each of the warbands of Warcry are and how characterful they can be. I can’t wait to see more!

What do you think of the Rotmire Creed Carrion Catcher?
