We got our hands on the new Kill Team: Moroch box and it’s packed to the gills with goodies. Check out the contents!

Kill Team: Moroch is up for preorder this weekend and Games Workshop has sent us a copy to preview. It’s jammed with new Chaos Traitor Guardsmen Corpsemen, a new Space Marine upgrade sprue for Infiltrators, and a TON of terrain.

Kill Team Moroch Unboxing

First up, you’ve probably seen the assembled miniatures already. So let’s take a look as some of those new sprues!

Space Marines

For the Space Marines, this special upgrade sprue really the only “new” sprue for their kit. It’s got an additional bunch of bits to upgrade and further customize your Infiltrators. In fact the other set of Space Marine sprues is the same set from the Primaris Infiltrators box just in case you were wondering. So this box has your first access to bit which are perfect for adding some extra character to your unit.

Chaos Traitor “Corpsemen”

The Traitor Command sprue is a re-release of the same sprue from Blackstone Fortress. It’s not “new” but this is a really nice inclusion to the box and gives your Traitors some HQ types to lead them on Kill Team Missions.

Next up you get two sprues for the Traitors. These are bits are interesting because they are more customizable that something comparable like the Cadian Shock Troopers. In fact, these models seem slimmer and more detailed than their loyalist counter-parts. I’m really hoping we see more of these models in the form of a full Traitor Guard release. These could also be hits at the Cadian Shock Troopers box getting an update.

This box also has one more sprue for the Chaos Traitors. This upgrade sprue allows for some cool weapons and upgrades to add more character to an already characterful unit. The riot shield in particular catches the eye.

So Much Terrain

We already did a pricing breakdown of this box. But just to reiterate here you’re getting $220 of terrain from the box as is:

That’s…a lot. It should be plenty for the Kill Team games and scenarios in the box and a great addition to any terrain collection.
