The Horus Heresy: Age of Darkness Box is arriving in stores this weekend. It is one of the best deals from Games Workshop ever.
With the Horus Heresy landing in stores this weekend things are going to be busy. The Age of Darkness Box is the to be the intro/launching point and (from our understanding) the box is also not a limited run. At least…we don’t think it is. That said this is one heck of a deal and as a “launch product” it’s packed with the goods. We know the price point and we know the price of all the items inside. So what sort of a deal is it?

Even if you’re JUST counting the models that’s still a savings of over $250. We’ve said it before — if you’re looking to dive into the Horus Heresy: Age of Darkness era this boxed set is the perfect place to start. Just pick up your respective Liber Astartes or Hereticus and you’re set. Will you want to expand from there? Yes. But this is a fantastic core to start building up from. Plus, you’ll definitely want to read-up on your respective Legion before making any big “next step” purchases.
