Journeys Through the Radiant Citadel Teasers – Table of Contents

First up, let’s peek at the table of contents. Here we get a look at each of the adventures that await in the Radiant Citadel.

There are 13 all in all:

  • Salted Legacy
  • Written in Blood
  • The Fiend of Hollow Mine
  • Wages of Vice
  • Sins of our Elders
  • Gold for Fools and Princes
  • Trail of Destruction
  • In the Mists of Manivarsha
  • Between Tangled Roots
  • Shadow of the Sun
  • The Nightsea’s Succor
  • Buried Dynasty
  • Orchids of the Invisible Mountains

Without going too far into spoiler territory just yet, in each chapter you get a breakdown of the adventure. But each adventure comes with its own Gazetteer. These give you a glimpse at the lore of the 13 different cities introduced in the adventure.

But we get an idea of the new (and old) monsters introduced in the book. Pictured above, we’ve got the Aurumvorax, which is new to 5th Edition. But the Aurumvorax has actually been around since the latter days of 1st Edition. It was first introduced in the Monster Manual II, where it was also called the Golden Gorger.

This is one of eleven different monsters that appear in the book. But if you want to explore more, you’ll have to adventure in the Radiant Citadel for yourself.
