And it all starts with the humblest of creatures, the Automatic Librarian. 3 mana to scry 2, and you get a 3/2 on top of it. Not bad when you’re fishing for that last piece of your combo.

The Golden Argosy makes for some interesting play considering how many cards have spicy “enter the battlefield” effects on them. With the Golden Argosy you can cycle creatures multiple times this way.

Jodah’s Codex means players with strong domain play can really get card advantage going in mid-late game play, while Karn’s Sylex shows how the big silver boy is fighting the good fight against those Phyrexian defilers.

You can see many of the remnants from the Brothers War here. Shield-Wall Sentinels, who bring other defender creatures with them. Then you’ve got your Manaworkers, who can transform mana to whatever color you need. To the Timeless Lotus which gives you five mana, one of each color. There’s a lot of fixing in the artifacts here, almost enough to make five-color-good-stuff viable.

Finally, we get a look at the Weatherlight returned. Now that those Phyrexians have gotten ahold of it, it’s ready to take on the heroes of Dominaria United. And the more creatures that get fed to the bloody battle, the more counters go on to the compleated Weatherlight.

But hey speaking of the Weatherlight and compleated things… Karn’s back baybee. Though Karn, Living Legacy, is not an artifact, nor an artifact creature, but rather a colorless Planeswalker. And presumably the one who will be going back in time, bringing us all to the Brothers’ War set come November. He also gives you tokens for free artifact mana, and can turn your artifacts into plinking engines.

All this in Dominaria United! Enjoy the Prerelease today!
