You’re spending a lot of time at your desk. Make it a more comfortable experience with these fun and convenient desk items.

Not every purchase needs deep and thoughtful reasoning behind it. Sometimes you can just buy things for yourself because you enjoy them.

Fidget Toy

There are so many fidget toys out there, there’s bound to be the perfect one for you. Any good overly crowded desk needs of few of these desk items around. If you are keeping this at your desk, you might want to avoid anything magnetic. But otherwise, go crazy with it.

Fidget toys are also great for focus. Having something to keep your hands busy while mentally working through some troublesome bugs is very satisfying.

Wireless Phone Charger

A lot of phones today don’t need to be plugged in to charge. Check the specs of your phone before picking this one up. But, as an avid user of this exact product, I vouch for its use and ability. It’s not as quick to charge as a direct plug, but it’s still pretty speedy. Highly recommend.

Mini Duster

Compressed air is great. Quick and easy cleanup for dust and crumbs and is ideal if you want to give yourself frostbite to get out of work early. No judgment.

This mini duster is USB charged and offers multiple attachments for getting into every nook and 99% of crannies.

Reusable Notebook

Rocketbook is another desk item I will personally vouch for. There are multiple options for size and page lining, but each Rocketbook has a special whiteboard-ish paper that works with special FriXion erasable pens.

It might sound like a barrier of entry that’s just annoying enough to not bother with, but Rocketbook is very convenient. Using the Rocketbook app, you can scan each page and using OCR also a transcript of your writing. It can link to DropBox and other similar cloud services to keep all your notes in one place. I use mine all the time.
