What a day to be a Critter. At the New York City Comic Con panel for Critical Role: The Legend of Vox Machina, Critical Role officially announced that the show was renewed for a third season. That’s right, The Legend of Vox Machina, Season 3 is officially confirmed.
But in addition to news about Legend of Vox Machina Season 3, fans got a glimpse of the Season 2 release date. Here are the details.

The news speaks to Vox Machina’s success on Amazon Prime Video. Season 1 helped introduce a wider audience to the show, and despite backlash faced by certain backers over their inability to access the show without an Amazon Prime account, it seems like full speed ahead for Vox Machina.
The heroes from Critical Role’s inaugural campaign get to explore their backgrounds and dealings with the Briarwoods. And with a third season, the show is already exceeding expectations. After raising more than eleven million dollars, and being picked up by Amazon, it seems Vox Machina has found a home.
Aside from the fact that The Legend of Vox Machina, Season 3 will one day exist, precious little is known. Presumably, the third season will release well after Season 2, which is set to premiere in January 2023. Here’s a first look at Season 2:
