A sea of Brother’s War blue spoilers await. Everything from temporal hijinks to masterful artificers awaits you within.

Blue is the color of magic, in Magic. To be more precise, it’s the color of wizards. And artificers, and time travel, for some reason. Perhaps because Blue magic is all about control and tempo.

Whatever the reason, the latest batch of Blue Spoilers for Brothers’ War showcase some of Blue’s best qualities. And today we’re going to take a look at all those wonderful tricks they’ll have up their sleeve. Everything from ending your opponent’s turn. To all sorts of bounces awaits you. Let’s take a look!

Brothers’ War – Blue Spoilers

First up we have a batch of Blue Wizards. Drafna and Hurkyl, to legendary figures from Dominaria’s past make an appearance here. The husband and wife duo complement each other pretty well. Hurkyl’s final meditation is a particularly intriguing one. It’s expensive. Doubly so if you cast it when it’s not your turn. But to end a turn and return all nonland permanents to their owners’ hands? Could definitely be worth it. But this feels like one of those cards that’s going to lose me the game while busily trying to set up some kind of intricate combo play.

Blue’s temporal might is on display here too. Everyone’s favorite time travelling Planeswalker, Teferi is here. But we can also see another Blue mechanic they’ll have to play with. Powerstone. Plenty of cards create Powestone tokens, which can be tapped to add artifact-only mana to your pool. Urza makes an appearance as a creature here as well, capable of spitting out Powerstones left and right.

Finally, we close with a showcase of the sheer flexibility that Blue has to play with. There are plenty of spells that come with options you get to pick from. So you can always have the right tool for the job. Blue has always been flexible, but this set, in particular, seems to play with the idea quite well.

That’s an awful lot of Urza. What of Mishra? Stay tuned for more spoilers.
