Your fDystopian Wars battled are getting an upgrade in the next couple of months with all of these new releases and sets!

The news coming out of Warcradle Studios? The folks there have set the sea on fire with the number of hot new products they are pumping out for Dystopian Wars!!! When I saw the whole slew of new box sets coming out on the Warcradle Blog, I was stunned. How can this company maintain this speed! It’s absolutely incredible!

October Releases

First up to look at in October is this brand new 2-Player Starter set for Dystopian Wars. This one, Sturginium Skies provides two armies with a heavy focus on aircrafts and flying machines in Dystopian Wars. I think that is really cool!!! Check these ships out!

Their biggest October Release is a brand new two player starter set for Dystopian Wars. This does not replace the earlier starter set, but rather gives you two different factions with a focus on air units. Very cool!

Some Cool Fleets and Squadrons

If you prefer submerged vessels, Warcradle released two box sets that feature under water battlefleets. You could go with these Ika Colossus squid like ships and a few smaller Chita Submersible Escort Automata ships.

On top of that, they released this Akula submarine battlefleet for the Commonwealth.

November Releases

The fact that Warcradle released a new two player starter set, a fleet box, and those Ika Colossus boxes in a month really impressed me.

That new starter set looks amazing too! Not sure if you have built Dystopian Wars miniatures yet, but they are so much fun. They are small and enjoyable models to assemble. I also love how many different ways that you can put them together. Anyhow, this is not a review of Dystopian Wars or their models, so let’s continue to focus on the news. Check out the news from November.

I have to say they out did themselves.

First up, they have two new boxed sets that seem to expand upon the two existing starter sets.

New Expansions to the Starter Sets!

This is Beyond the Sturginium Skies boxed set. Comes with rules, some models and a lower price tag than the starter sets. I want those platforms for my own collection. Although this box comes with a rulebook, it is not a starter to the game. It is meant to expand upon the Sturginium Skies Starter Set.  The next box expands The Hunt for the Prometheus Starter Set.

Here we have Beyond The Hunt for the Prometheus. This one expands on the two factions from The Hunt for the Prometheus.

These two sets look absolutely awesome. I want those platforms in my collection. It is also really cool that they give you walkers in both of the box sets. In the game, these units are known as a Colossus.

Even More Fleets!

Next up, Warcradle releases three Battlefleets alongside these new “Beyond The” box sets. Did I tell you that Warcradle is on fire!? I Can’t believe how fast they are putting out these hot new releases right now.

This is a Canadian fleet. Being from Canada myself, I kind of like that. This one goes instantly on my wish list. lol. The capital ship is a Submarine too!

This is the Mexico Battlefleet. I really like the carriers and they can be built as some really interesting variants as well.

This is the Retaj Battlefleet Set. They have an interesting look, but I prefer the aesthetics of other fleets.

Put It on Your Christmas Wish List!

With one Squadron, three Battlefleets, a new starter set and two “Beyond The” box sets in just two months, I can’t believe how much Warcradle Studios is pumping out! This is just for Dystopian Wars too. They have other product lines that they also continue to expand alongside these.

Dystopian Wars in particular is a lot of fun to build and there is so much variety in how you can build the miniatures. For me, these model kits ticks off a lot of boxes on my check list of what I like in miniatures. They look good, you can build them many ways and they are mostly plastic!

For me, I am keen on Sturginium Skies and the two “Beyond The” boxes. Beyond The Hunt for the Promoetheus and Beyond The Sturginium Skies both look awesome.

These Platforms look so cool!

Having seen all of the releases due out for October and December, are you putting any of this on your Christmas wish list? let us know in the comments below. What has you most excited?

Wrapping it up…

Hopefully you enjoyed this news article about new and upcoming Dystopian Wars products from Warcradle Studios. If these excite you, you can ask your favorite retail store about bringing in the products, or order directly from Wayland Games. Wayland Games happens to own Warcradle Studios, which means buying from them is as close as you can get to the manufacturer.

Until next time, Happy Gaming Everyone!!!
