It is completely okay to do your own thing lore-wise in the Horus Heresy – let us tell you how!

While Paul and the crew are taking a break, we’re sharing some of the top episodes of the last year. Enjoy this throwback chat about Horus Heresy and hobby!

Hey folks,

A couple of us were at one of the largest tournaments in the world this past weekend, and we give a recap of the event and our performance there. Not too shabby. After the break, we talk about some Horus Heresy color schemes and how to go your own way in established lore environments.

Team 40k is some of the best gaming experiences I’ve ever had over the years, and this year is no exception. This past weekend in TN was an amazing experience, and we highly encourage you all to give it a shot if tournaments are your thing. Red pulled down best Necrons and second-best individual general at the ATC this past weekend. Big ups to him.

After the break, we talk about some of the cool paint recipes in this month’s White Dwarf magazine.

Plus, a little bit about how it is completely okay to do your own thing lore-wise in games like The Heresy.

Sure, there are tons of established stories, but those are just what the authors have chosen to tell us.  Warhammer is big enough for your own stories, and the doors to that are right there in the lore already.  Don’t let anyone slow you down if you’re thinking about different color schemes or different approaches to established Legions. Roll those dice!
