Forge World has a bunch of Vehicle kits that are getting plastic updates thanks to the Horus Heresy line. Pre-orders are up now!

So what’s different about these iconic kits from the Horus Heresy? They’ve all gotten new plastic components added in or are upgrades to existing plastic kits.

Deimos Pattern Damocles Command Rhino Upgrade Kit $55

The Damocles Command Rhino serves as a direct link to high command for Legionaries in the field, equipped with advanced communication, cognis-analysis and tracking equipment – including a powerful orbital-interface secure vox-transceiver. These systems allow the Rhino’s skilled crew to broadcast fresh orders, call in reinforcements, and ward off enemy forces through signal interference and interdiction targeting.

This multipart resin kit allows you to upgrade a plastic Deimos Pattern Rhino into a Damocles Command Rhino, a specialised transport for leaders of the Legiones Astartes. The Damocles sports detailed comms systems mounted on its rear track assembly and upper hull plate, including a command vox unit, a geo-locator beacon, and a command vox relay dish with antenna which can be assembled without glue, allowing you to adjust the positioning mid-battle. These resin upgrades have no specific Legion markings, so you can use them with any Legiones Astartes army.

Javelin Land Speeder $118

Javelin attack speeders are both rare and highly valued, utilising a range of antigrav impellor technologies so esoteric that some amongst the Mechanicum regard them with overt distrust. Regardless of their technical complexity, these hovering vehicles are fast, highly manoeuvrable, have an extended operational range and – perhaps most importantly – can carry a heavy payload of weapon systems, qualities which keep them in high demand throughout the Legiones Astartes.

This multipart resin and plastic kit builds one Legion Javelin, a powerful attack speeder fielded by the Legiones Astartes. The Javelin is propelled by its powerful rear-facing thrusters, guided by the sensor spine on its undercarriage and crewed by two Space Marines – one pilot, and one gunner firing a mounted heavy bolter. The Javelin’s crew, hull, and sponson-mounted cyclone missile launcher are all resin – it also comes with a variety of plastic sponson weapons, allowing you to replace the cyclone missile launcher with a pair of heavy bolters, lascannons, or volkite culverins. The sponsons can be assembled without glue, allowing you to adjust their positioning mid-battle.

This kit comprises 36 resin components and 44 plastic components. This miniature is supplied unpainted and requires assembly – we recommend using Citadel Colour paints.

Arquitor Bombard with Graviton-Charge Cannon $175

The Legion Arquitor is a heavy artillery platform designed to operate at the forefront of a Legiones Astartes advance. Equipped with a reinforced chassis and brutal short range firepower, it is called upon to break the most stubborn of fortifications or to annihilate massed enemy infantry and armour. The graviton-charge cannon fires energised canisters that impact among the enemy ranks, emitting a graviton field that crushes delicate circuitry and electronics, disrupting the advance of anything that survives the barrage.

This multipart resin and plastic kit builds one Legion Arquitor, armed with a graviton-charge cannon. This artillery piece grinds forward on raised tracks, its exotic ordnance weapon fuelled by the power cables and firing mechanisms that occupy its rear hull. The Arquitor’s hull, primary weapon, and sponson-mounted autocannons are all resin – it also comes with a variety of plastic sponson weapons, allowing you to replace the autocannons with heavy bolters, lascannons, heavy flamers, or volkite culverins. Both the graviton-charge cannon and sponsons can be assembled without glue, allowing you to adjust their positioning mid-battle.

Arquitor Bombard with Spicula Rocket System $175

The Legion Arquitor is a heavy artillery platform designed to operate at the forefront of a Legiones Astartes advance. Equipped with a reinforced chassis and brutal short range firepower, it is called upon to break the most stubborn of fortifications or to annihilate massed enemy infantry and armour. The spicula rocket system fires rippling salvos of unguided missiles that crash down on enemy positions, creating massive cumulative blasts that can scatter whole formations.

This multipart resin and plastic kit builds one Legion Arquitor, armed with a spicula rocket system. This artillery piece grinds forward on raised tracks, with three racks of missiles ready to launch skyward from a firing hatch on its rear hull. The Arquitor’s hull, primary weapon, and sponson-mounted autocannons are all resin – it also comes with a variety of plastic sponson weapons, allowing you to replace the autocannons with heavy bolters, lascannons, heavy flamers, or volkite culverins. Both the Spicula rocket system and sponsons can be assembled without glue, allowing you to adjust their positioning mid-battle.

Arquitor Bombard with Morbus Heavy Bombard $175

The Legion Arquitor is a heavy artillery platform designed to operate at the forefront of a Legiones Astartes advance. Equipped with a reinforced chassis and brutal short range firepower, it is called upon to break the most stubborn of fortifications or to annihilate massed enemy infantry and armour. The morbus bombard launches shells loaded with deadly phosphex, a toxic and corrosive incendiary compound that eats through flesh and metal alike, tainting the very ground and air with alchemical fire.

This multipart resin and plastic kit builds one Legion Arquitor, armed with a morbus bombard. This artillery piece grinds forward on raised tracks, its intimidating heavy cannon angled to launch shells skyward. The Arquitor’s hull, primary weapon, and sponson-mounted autocannons are all resin – it also comes with a variety of plastic sponson weapons, allowing you to replace the autocannons with heavy bolters, lascannons, heavy flamers, or volkite culverins. Both the morbus bombard and sponsons can be assembled without glue, allowing you to adjust their positioning mid-battle.

Glaive Super-Heavy Special Weapons Tank $355

The Glaive is based on the same Standard Template Construct pattern as Baneblade super-heavy tanks, equipped with advanced weapon and armour systems befitting the Legiones Astartes. Its primary armament is the volkite carronade – a fearsome and arcane weapon, said to have originated on Mars during the Age of Strife. Each shot projects a ravening beam of death across the battlefield, incinerating whole squadrons in an instant.

This multipart resin and plastic kit builds one Legion Glaive, a huge special weapons tank armed with a massive volkite carronade. This terrifying thermal weapon is fuelled by powerful battery systems incorporated into the rear of the Glaive’s turret, and supported by a set of hull-mounted twin-linked heavy bolters.

The tank’s turret and heavy bolters are resin, while its hull is a mixture of resin and plastic components – it also sports a pair of plastic sponson-mounted lascannon arrays, which can supplement its primary weapon or deal with lesser armoured targets. The turret, hull-mounted weapons, and sponsons can all be assembled without glue, allowing you to adjust their positioning mid-battle.

Fellblade Super-Heavy Battle Tank $355

The Fellblade is based on the same Standard Template Construct pattern as Baneblade super-heavy tanks, equipped with advanced weapon and armour systems befitting the Legiones Astartes. This formidable mainline tank employs many technologies restored to humanity by the Great Crusade – from its reinforced metaplas alloy chassis and atomantic arc-reactor to its powerful accelerator cannon and battery of explosive shells.

This multipart resin and plastic kit builds one Legion Fellblade, a super-heavy battle tank with an arsenal of devastating weapons. Its massive turret-mounted accelerator cannon unleashes firepower at incredible ranges, while its armoured hull incorporates a shell-lobbing demolisher cannon and twin-linked heavy bolters. The kit also includes a pair of optional Space Marine crew who can be built in the tank’s hatches as spotters.

The tank’s turret, crew, and hull-mounted weapons are resin, while its hull is a mixture of resin and plastic components – it also sports a pair of plastic sponson-mounted lascannon arrays, which can supplement its primary weapon or deal with lesser armoured targets. The turret, hull-mounted weapons, and sponsons can all be assembled without glue, allowing you to adjust their positioning mid-battle.

Falchion Super-Heavy Tank Destroyer $360

The Falchion is based on the same Standard Template Construct pattern as Baneblade super-heavy tanks, equipped with advanced weapon and armour systems befitting the Legiones Astartes. Its twinned volcano cannon is one of the most powerful vehicle-mounted weapons in the Imperium’s arsenal, employed to bring down the most gargantuan fortifications encountered by the Great Crusade – and the mighty Titans and super-heavy tanks that dominate the Age of Darkness.

This multipart resin and plastic kit builds one Legion Falchion, a huge tank destroyer armed with a twin-linked volcano cannon. This apocalyptic laser weapon is mounted to the Falchion’s front, and the vehicle’s armoured hull is covered with power couplings and exhaust vents to support its tremendous energy needs.

The tank’s cannon is resin, while its hull is a mixture of resin and plastic components – it also sports a pair of plastic sponson-mounted lascannon arrays, which can supplement its primary weapon or deal with lesser armoured targets. The sponsons can be assembled without glue, allowing you to adjust their positioning mid-battle.

Mastodon Super-Heavy Assault Transport $610

The Mastodon is one of the heaviest assault transports in the arsenal of the Legiones Astartes, reserved for use against the most fortified positions. The Mastodon’s armoured transport bay can convey over forty Space Marines – or four Dreadnoughts – directly into the breach created by its siege melta array. Few fortifications can withstand this fearsome weapon, Legionaries passing through melted stone and steel to strike at the heart of the enemy.

This multipart resin and plastic kit builds one Legion Mastodon, a super-heavy assault transport festooned with weaponry. This massive vehicle is several times the size of a Land Raider, with highly-detailed internal transport bays visible through its open front and rear access doors. The tank boasts a siege melta array on its armoured prow, as well as a turret-mounted skyreaper battery for shooting down aircraft, and a pair of optional Space Marine crew who can be built in its hatches as spotters.

The Mastodon’s hull, crew, siege melta array, and skyreaper battery are all resin – it also comes with a variety of plastic weapons for its four sponson mounts. The kit includes two pairs of heavy bolters, lascannons, heavy flamers, and volkite culverins – four of each sponson weapon, in total. The transport doors, skyreaper battery, siege melta array, and sponsons can all be assembled without glue, allowing you to adjust their positioning mid-battle.
