The Rumor Engine is back and cooking up something prehistoric. What could this teaser possibly be? Get in here and help us figure it out!

Tuesday is here and that means a new Rumor Engine is upon us. Today we’ve got a special one as Games Workshop could be teasing something big. Additionally, we get more NFT jokes courtesy of the Rumor Engine meta-narrative. Let’s get in there.

via Warhammer Community

“Okay, take two of our new-fangled method of capitalising on the Rumour Engine. These Non-Replicable Generations won’t just generate themselves. So after convincing a swathe of the Rumour Engine neophytes to donate their own eternal souls to this mysterious new method of pictographic conjuration, it’s time for another try…”

So what do we have today? Well, it looks a lot like some sort of lizard creature’s tail. We’ve got the harder bone/spike protruding from the top and sides while the underside is a different shade. While this creature doesn’t have scales it could have leathery skin. Now, there’s lots of creatures in the Mortal Realms of the Age of Sigmar that are similar. Drakes and Dracoths come to mind.

Along with a lot of the new Seraphon range (although the lack of individual scales makes me think it’s not one of them).

Honestly, there’s a lot of things this one could be but what’s more interesting to me is the size of the creature. If this is a picture of it’s tail, it could be pretty massive! Some faction out there is getting a new kit and it’s gonna be a big one. So the question is still who’s getting some lizard support? If you’ve got theories we’d love to see them in the comments. So share them with the rest of the class and help us solve this mystery!
