Can the franchise be rescued? Find out in the One of Us crew’s Transformers: Rise of the Beasts review.

It’s time to ROLLOUT for the 7th entry in the Transformers franchise! Steven Caple Jr, director of Creed 2, takes us to 1994 where we find the Autobots lying dormant until an ancient artifact sends out a beacon to not only our heroes but to an evil faction looking to destroy anything in their path. Anthony Ramos reluctantly joins them on their quest along with Dominique Fishback, who originally discovered the mcguffin device.

Peter Cullen is back as Optimus Prime leading the smaller Autobots team with a new addition, Mirage voiced by Pete Davidson. Davidson brings a good amount of levity, but his character is definitely capable of handling themselves. We’re also introduced to a new team of robots called Maximals that help the Autobots on their journey.

Wright, Alan, Mike, and Spider-Mike discuss Transformers: Rise of the Beasts on whether or not this may be the best Transformers movie which is a low bar.
