A batch of Planescape monster spoilers have come through in the form of a new miniature boxed set from WizKids.

A new boxed set tied to the upcoming Planescape: Adventures in the Multiverse reveals some of the new monsters included in the campaign setting. WizKids’ new Icons of the Realms set has the Planescape monster spoilers you didn’t know you wanted. Including the return of an old obscure favorite, the Bariaur, aka the goat centaur.

What other monsters lurk within the shadowed alleys and winding streets of Sigil, City of Doors? Well here’s a handful that we know about, for sure!

Planescape Monster Spoilers – Icons of the Realms Reveals

Per the box and the description, we know some of the monsters that await inside.

Enhance your Planescape campaign with this Limited Edition Boxed Set! This set contains three medium-sized creatures and two large-sized creatures. Each mini has a paint scheme unique to this box, with Shemeshka’s Bodyguard being a miniature exclusive to this boxed set.

The D&D Icons of the Realms: Planescape: Adventures in the Multiverse – Limited Edition Boxed Set is a sampling of the complete D&D Icons of the Realms: Planescape: Adventures in the Multiverse booster set. The Limited Edition set will release before the complete booster set. This set includes the following: R04M Doomguard Rot Blade Bariaur Wanderer Warden Archon Shemeshka’s Bodyguard Order yours today!

From left to right, there’s the Shemeshka’s Bodyguard, which looks like a massive, brainy brawler. Then we have the Doomguard Rot Blade. This one’s a fun one because the Doomguard is one of the fifteen different factions in Sigil. They believe that entropy is great, and supposed to happen, so a “rot blade” feels particularly apt here.

We also have the Bariaur Wanderer, which is a return of the 2nd and 3rd edition goat alternate of the centaur. Surefooted and squat, these monsters pack a mighty punch.

Then we see R04M, a custom Modron. From the look of it, a Monodrone with a single, prismatic wing. And finally, we have the Warden Archon, the big bear-headed guy who is a return of the other Archon types (you might be familiar with the Hound Archon), again from ages past.

These and more await in Planescape: Adventures in the Multiverse!
