Rumor Engine: Where Are They Now – April 2023 Edition
It’s time to check in on some of the Rumor Engines from last April on the last day of April 2024!
Well I’ll be perfectly honest, for a split second I thought April had 31 days and I was gonna run this tomorrow. But then I double check and nope, only 30 days this month — just like every year apparently. Anyhow, here’s were last April’s Rumor Engines ended up. Do we still have any unsolved mystery images? Let’s check’em and find out!
Rumor Engine April 4, 2023 – Scythe Time Is The Right Time
Status: Solved
That nasty scythe turned out to be the Harbinger of Decay — still one of the best models from 2023!
Rumor Engine April 11, 2023 – Mist Mystery
Status: Solved
This squidbilly turned out to be from Warhammer Underworlds: Deathgorge as part of the Idoneth Deepkin Warband of Cyreni’s Razors.
Rumor Engine April 18, 2023 – Fireballs & AI Jabs
Status: Solved
This balefire was from the new Mandrake Kill Team in the Nightmare Boxed Set.
Rumor Engine April 25, 2023 – Unknown Widget
Status: Solved
That dakka barrel was from the might Ork Ufthak Blackhawk’s new model.
That’s all from April 2023 with every image accounted for. It’s kind of funny that Deathgorge’s boxed set has already been replaced. Oh well. The Warband is still around if you can snag it for the Octopus!
