Next sees the 500th Issue of White Dwarf alongside the pre-order release of Solar Auxilia tanks for Legions Imperialis.

Next week marks a major milestone for Games Workshop with the 500th issue of White Dwarf. And to celebrate, Games Workshop is releasing a 192 page “mega issue” packed full of new stuff and nostalgia. Alongside that? A new version of Grombrindal, the White Dwarf himself.

Over in the grim darkness of the distant future, though, a bevy of heavy reinforcements for Legions Imperialis. The Solar Auxilia tanks. From Stormhammers to Malcador tanks and more, there’s plenty for Legions Imperialis. All this, coming next week!

White Dwarf 500th Issue Spectacular

First things first, the massive celebratory 500th Issue of White Dwarf. Inside the 192-page spectacular, there’s plenty of stuff to digest, from new Bunker explorations and Scenarios of the Month, to Boarding Action missions; but there’s also a rip through memory lane, through the history of White Dwarf.

And it wouldn’t be a celebration of all things White Dwarf without a fresh new look of the White Dwarf.

Here’s the new Grombrindal in all his glory. This is an Age of Sigmar White Dwarf, as you can see. With details from all his great victories throughout the Mortal Realms, this Grombrindal is ready to roll out. You’ll be able to pre-order him starting the 4th of May, but you can order him anytime starting May 18th-June 2nd, and any who order are guaranteed to get one. So no worrying about scalpers claiming all of the Grombrindals.

Legions Imperialis – Auxilia Tanks

The Solar Auxilia forces in Legions Imperialis are rolling out some of their biggest guns. Including the massive Stormhammer tank. These are rolling fortresses whose high-powered weapons are capable of leveling infantry and armor alike.

Or pick up some “smaller” tank squadrons, including the Malcador Squadron. With origins during the Age of Strife, the Malcador Squadron comes with four epic scale Malcador Heavy Tanks that can be armed with Malcador battle cannon, twin lascannons, or Vanquisher battle cannon as main armaments.

The Dracosan Transport Detachment, on the other hand, is a box of six epic scale Dracosan Transport Tanks for getting your troops where they need to go.

Legions Imperialis – Astartes Reinforcements

The Legiones Astartes also get some major firepower as part of next week’s pre-order releases. The Sicaran Squadron will get you four epic Sicaran battle tanks which field twin-linked accelerator autocannons or omega plasma arrays.

And the Legiones Astartes Fast Attack box comes with an arsenal of Outriders, Scimtar Jetbikes, Javelin Land Speeders, and regular Land Speeders.

And capping it all off, the Dreadnought Drop Pods which can also be built as Palisade Drop Pods.

All this, next week!
