Warhammer 40K: Next Week Space Wolves And Armageddon (Crusade)
There might not be wolves on Fenris, but there are wolves in Space – there’d better be because it’s Space Wolves pre-order week.
Next week’s pre-orders feature everyone’s favorite not-wolves in Space, the Space Wolves. These Space Marines hail from the “paradise” world of Fenris. And they wield runic axes, heavy shields, and all the other things you would expect from space viking werewolves.
Especially since you can get all the new minis releasing this week in one big Army Set.
Space Wolves Army Set
At the heart of next week’s releases is the preorder for the Spave Wolves Army Set. Inside this big behemoth of a box you’ll find everything you need to start your own Space Wolf company.
There are 28 brand new miniatures all in all, starting with two of the new leaders, the Wolf Guard Battle Leader and the Wolf Priest. Both are available exclusively in this box – for now.
Alongside these new heroes, you’ll find an assortment of Space Wolf reinforcements. These range from hardened elites, like the Wolf Guard Headtakers, to the hotblooded young Blood Claws, who are about as green as it gets b for Space Marines.
You get three headtakers, who are accompanied by Hunting Wolves. Together they are more than enough to bring down even the mightiest prey the Soace Wolves face.
And you get ten Space Wolf Bloodclaws. Which is enough to get started with, though eventually I’m sure you can find more.
Helping to maintain order and discipline, you’ll find a squadn of ten grey hunters. These are slightly, well, not “chill” exactly, but they know when to give into impetuousness and when to be disciplined.
And of course, you’ll get the new codex supplement with all the rules and lore you’ll need to field the Sons of Russ. But that’s not all coming next week!
We also get a new Crusade book. In Crusade: Armageddon, the story of The 41st millennium unfolds. The fires of war return to Armageddon as a warp anomaly known as the Red Angel’s Gate opens, and untold horrors swarm onto the war-torn planet. It’s the Imperium vs. the World Eaters in a new Crusade. You’ll find a book full of new crusade badges, battle traits, champions, and crusade relics, and 16 missions.
