Age of Sigmar: Kharadron Overlords New Miniatures & Battletome Getting Ready To Dock
The Kharadron Overlords are on deck. They have a new Battletome as well as a new batch of miniatures ready to take to the skies!
A new battletome is always an exciting time for a Warhammer army. It’s a chance to get new rules for sure and it typically changes things up. But what’s really exciting is seeing the army get new miniatures. This is the case for the high-flying Kharadron Overlords!

New Kharadron Overlords Miniatures
The Kharadron Overlords are not exactly magically inclined. They prefer alchemy instead of spells or prayers. That said, they still know that they need a good defense which is why they are getting the new Null-Khemist!
The Null-Khemist are well suited to take on all sorts of hazards — specifically of the magical variety. They also pack a potent anti-magical gas called “null-gas” which they use to defend against magic. It can also be weaponized to harm “wizards, priests, and conjured manifestations.” I’m curious about the rules for this one!
Another new unit is the Vongrim Salvagers. The are more reckless and pack potent close-range options to jump into the fray. With their cutlasses and pistols they are ready to board enemy vessels and take the fight to them.
On the other hand we have the Vongrim Harpoon Crew. This crew cares less for the glory of short-range combat and instead just wants to get revenge on the beasts that grounded their ship. They are really more wild and hunter-like than other Kharadron Overlords out there.
Finally, we have interesting and frankly kind of weird Zontari Endrin Dock. Part defensive platform, part drone pilot, this new dock is a mobile platform. It’s supposed to accompany the sky-fleets into battle. It has a single Operator inside that controls the various drones and pilots the dock around. It can make repairs with the auto-endrins floating around with it.
New Kharadron Overlords Spearhead
It also appears that the Kharadron Overlords are getting a new Spearhead as well. I say “appears” because in the WarCom article, they never actually call it a spearhead.
“The Grundstok Trailblazers are a small and efficient force of Kharadron Overlords sent ahead of larger skyfleets to forcefully stake a claim on aether-gold deposits and other valuable loot. An Endrinmaster in a Dirigible Suit commands five Grundstok Thunderers, three Endrinriggers, and a nippy Grundstok Gunhauler – providing plenty of mobile firepower to help aggressively persuade other claimants to move on.”
The Grunstok Trailbralzers sure sound like a Spearhead force to me. Which is nice but uh…if you’re starting a KO army, you might want to snag the old box while you can. It was a pretty good deal and you might be able to find that one even cheaper online, too!
