Marvel: Crisis Protocol – 5 More X-Men Team Members We Want Added

The X-Men have a pretty large roster in both Marvel: Crisis Protocol and the comics. Here’s a few that we would like to see added.
When team has been around for as long as the X-Men they are bound to pick-up a few members here and there. Even though the character lists seems endless I feel like there’s always room for more in Marvel: Crisis Protocol. There’s a few more memebers of the X-Men I’d like to see added for various reasons. They could open up future Affiliations or maybe they would just be neat to see on the tabletop. Let’s get into them!
Polaris
I feel like Polaris is going to show up at some point in MCP. She’s actually a fairly early recruit for the X-Men first appearing in 1968. With her magnetic powers and her link to the up coming X-Factor teammates coming, I really hope AMG is banking on bringing her in one day.
Banshee
Honestly, I’m still a little shocked Banshee hasn’t appeared in Marvel: Crisis Protocol yet. Sure, he’s not the most popular member by a long shot, but was in an X-Men movie. It’s not like he’s a complete unknown either! He’s also got the unique look along with sonic power along and flight. He also seems like a fairly straightforward character to add and would slide in nicely with the X-Men. Additionally, he’s been in Generation X and could even be added to Apocalypse’s Horsemen roster, too!
Dazzler
Look, I know Dazzler might be a bit of a joke character to some. But for me, I’ve always had a soft spot for her due to the X-Men arcade game. Personally, I think her Light bomb she’d fire off from that game was an impressive screen-clearing nuke. She’d fit into the X-Men but also A-Force and/or S.H.I.E.L.D as well. Honestly, the biggest problem with her is which version do you go with: Do you lean into the Disco era or not?!
Darwin
Darwin’s mutant power is that he quite literally adapts to survive. It’s called reactive evolution. Frankly, it’s one of the most unique and interesting powers ever in Marvel. I think the X-Men movie he was in did Darwin dirty. That’s why I’d like to see him added to the tabletop in Marvel: Crisis Protocol. While his mutant power is a really hard one to quantify, I know it could be done. He’d need to have some sort of adaptive defenses. I think the lower he get’s in health, the more dice he’d roll or something like that.
Elixir
Elixir is another weird one. He’s actually an Omega-level mutant that can mess with the structure of organic matter — aka biokeiesis. But it’s a bit more complex than that. Really, his powers are used by the X-Men during the Krakoan era as part of the resurrection protocols. He’s got insane healing abilities and is effectively immortal. He’s also got a death touch which is as scary as it sounds. Honestly, I’d like to see him in the game because I think he would fill the role of a healer really well. I know that is tricky to balance but if you get it right he could be a lot of fun to use. Keep in mind that he often passes out when he pushes himself too much. Which could be a nice counter to being able to resurrect or heal another character.
There’s a TON of X-Men waiting in the wings. Who would you like to see added to Marvel: Crisis Protocol?
