We got on our hands on the new Expansion from Privateer Press – Come check out the expansion to Level 7 Omega Protocol!

The Saga of Dr. Cronos continues in this expansion to Level 7: Omega Protocol! If you’re not familiar with Level 7 at all, you might want to read-up on it really fast. Privateer Press even has a pretty great short film intro for the Level 7 Universe. Basically in the near-future Aliens have arrived on Earth and the Level 7 Series is a narrative connected story that you get to play out through the various games in the setting. Today we’re looking at Extreme Prejudice and it packs quite a bit in this box:

Aside from continuing the story line (which is a lot of fun to follow) this box is packed full of great new miniatures and missions to play around with. We get the addition of a few new enemies as well as two now allies to use for the Agents in this game. Commando Team ‘Tin Man’ is packing a new mech suit to combat these new threats & they have the aid of one of the Ghin Aliens, Thoth, who has some great new powers to use in game.

There are a ton of new cards to add to your “generic kit” deck (think of it like extra upgrades or gear to use) as well as additional cards for each of the existing agents. And naturally the enemies have a bunch of new toys to play with as well! The Ghin Brute is a great model and it’s quite imposing on the board. You’ll be glad you have that extra firepower to deal with this new beast.

Overall, if you enjoyed Level 7 Omega Protocol then you have no reason to miss out on this expansion. It’s really well done and adds a TON to the world of Level 7. With it’s RPG-lite Gameplay, focus on co-operation and engaging storyline I can’t wait to play out what happens in this expansion! If you haven’t gotten the chance to play Level 7 Omega Protocol you should give it a shot. You’ll need the base game to play with this expansion anyways so that’s where you should start. You can also read-up on the rules for free from Privateer Press. So go forth, Agents – you have a job to do: Exterminate the threat with Extreme Prejudice!

After the Agency executed Omega Protocol, Subterra Bravo was nothing but a smoldering crater. We thought there were no survivors. We were wrong. Dr. Cronos is at large. A new team of Agency commandos, call sign Tin Man, has tracked the rogue alien to a secret research facility in Russia. Their mission: exterminate. Meanwhile, Cronos has revived Russian experiments incorporating Ghin technology. In his new Russian collaborators he has found the means to protect his nefarious research.

To reach Cronos, the commandos will first have to go through his army of Spetznaz and confront a new genetically engineered nightmare. But Tin Man has a hulking mech suit bristling with weapons and high-tech capabilities, as well as an unlikely ally in Thoth, a Ghin scientist with powerful psychotronic abilities and the sworn enemy of Dr. Cronos.

Extreme Prejudice is an adrenaline-fueled expansion for LEVEL 7 [OMEGA PROTOCOL], a semi-cooperative board game of miniatures-based tactical combat for 2–6 players. Includes five new scenarios, three new enemy types, and two new commandos.
