Games Workshop has released FAQs for Eldar, Dark Eldar and the Harlequins!

There are quite a few tweaks to be aware of but the biggest one is the much needed nerf to Warp Spiders. Changing Flickerjump to once per turn and dropping the range from 6″+2d6 down to just 2d6 is a pretty big drop in mobility. The Eldar still have lots of mobility tricks so don’t feel too bad for them.
The Runes of the Farseer change is a welcome change for any non-Eldar players also. They can target units with their offensive psychic powers without worrying about dealing with the Farseer’s Deny the Witch powers.
