Raise the Black – Firelock Games and Blood & Plunder Take Over Kickstarter
At the time of writing this article, they have already nearly doubled their initial goals in backers. I find that so exciting! The Raise the Black Kickstarter is one that I waited for with high anticipation. It is so nice to see it setting sail and smashing through its funding goals. For those that don’t know, Blood & Plunder is an excellent 28mm miniature pirate game. So, what is the goal of this Kickstarter, to bring a new 2-player starter set to market. That will make it even easier to get in on this game. Let’s take a look at what is in that starter box.
A New 2 Player Starter Set for Blood and Plunder
What is the best way to get a friend into a new game? Collect two armies and invite them over to play. That is exactly what the new Blood & Plunder: Blackbeard vs Maynard boxed set will do.
After the Kickstarter, this game will go full retail. If you own a retail store, make sure to speak to them to see if you want to carry their products. Their minis and models are absolutely gorgeous. The prettiest I have ever seen.
So, What is in that beautiful looking box? Below is a summary of the contents.
Raise the Black’s Progress this Far
The Raise The Black Kickstarter has been smashing through its goals. In the video below the crew talks about the campaign. I encourage you to hop over to Firelock Games’ Kickstarter Page for the project and look at their current progress. I anticipate we will see a few things unlock soon.
Wrapping it up…
