Warhammer Fest 2021 Online has two days worth of Warhammer 40,000 reveals. What will they be? No idea. Let’s wishlist wildly!

In case you missed the news, next week will be Warhammer Fest 2021 and it’s all online. It’s taking over next week and we’re pretty excited to see all the previews.

On Tuesday and Thursday we’re getting a double dose of Warhammer 40,000 goodies. So what will we see? What are we hoping to see? Let’s make some educated guesses (and also some wild speculation).

Sisters Of Battle Codex

We’ve had a LOT of Sisters of Battle teasers. From new Battlesuits, to tanks, to multiple units/characters. So there has to be SOMETHING for them on the way, right? A Codex seems like a good fit at stage – a place to consolidate all those new units and “update” the rest of the army for the current edition. Seems like a pretty safe bet.

More Beast Snagga Reveals

Come on. We all saw the cave paintings. We know new Orks are coming. So let’s see some huge new Beast Snagga models! I REALLY want to find out if that crazy contraption is real or not. It looks like a Battlewagon being pulled by a huge Squig – and I’m here for that!

New Ork Codex

Speaking of Beast Snaggas are they going to become their own army? Probably not (at least not yet). Well, if that’s the case, then are we going to see an update for the Orks then? Pretty please?! At this point, I’m just looking for a new codex that doesn’t have power armor of some kind in it. (Can we get more Xenos releases already?)

Official Release Dates For Heavy Intercessors and Flayed Ones

This one seems like a no-brainer as well. We will be in the first week of May and we know that Pre-Orders are coming back May 8th. So it seems like a good fit and a bit of a lay-up.

Ynnari Update

At this point in the story of 40k, I’d like to know if the Ynnari are going to still “be a thing” or if that was just a fever dream and GW has moved past them. It would be pretty wild if GW actually showed off some new Ynnari models or units – heck, I’ll settle for a war zone book for them at this point. Are they still even around because they’ve been pretty quiet since the launch of 9th.

Craftworld Aeldari Codex

This is really just more Xenos Wishlisting. We just got a Drukhari book which has been nice. May the reason we haven’t gotten a Ynnari update is because the Craftworld Aeldari need a new book first. If that’s the case, let’s hope to see one of those in the previews next week!

New Loyalist Primarch

Seriously, Gulliman could use some back-up from one of his missing brothers. Take your pick. Hey, even the dead guys – if we have a body then just call the Ynnari and lets get this show on the road! Will that happen? Probably not. But there are some other strong contenders.

Advancing “The Great Rift” Plot

So we’ve had advancements in other areas in the plot of 40k. Psychic Awakening was a thing. Vigilus was also a thing. That whole “Nachmund Gauntlet” was kind of a big deal, right? So what’s happening now? Did Abaddon decide to take a nap? Is the Chaos just sort of hanging out for a bit? What about that old rumor of the Imperium getting split and becoming two different “factions” or whatever? I’m hoping we get more to these threads as they have been hanging out for awhile without much movement or momentum.

Tyranid News

Look, I’ll take anything news wise at this point for the Tyranids for 9th edition. C’mon GW – give ME something.

Squats Return

This would be HUGE. It’s been such a long time since the Squad Clock got broken by GW. Will we ever see the Space Dwarves return? I sure hope so. It would be the biggest reveal of the show by far. I think the models could also be fantastic, too!

Fulgrim In 40k

Slaanesh has been getting a bunch of stuff on the AoS side of things…I think it about time the Emperor’s Children and their Primarch made a come back. Bring on Daemon Prince Fulgrim!

Primaris’d Thunderhawk

Finally, we still don’t have a Primaris Flyer a la the Stormraven, right? Well let’s just skip the little guys and go right for the main event. It’s time. A new plastic flyer for the Primaris. Do it GW. DO IT.

What are you hoping to see next week from GW? Let us know in the comments!
