Get ready for some new medical procedures – Ork Style. There’s a new Dok and he’s got new clinic hours just for your Ork Boyz.

The Beast Snaggas are on the way and we’ve already seen some of the new models plus made some guesses at more to come. Well now we get a confirmation and a new look at a pair of models coming soon. The Dok is about to operate.

“Known as the Painbosses, these enterprising surgeons transcend the simple genetic knowledge of the Painboyz and develop greater medical skills than many assume Orks are capable of. They’re particularly favoured by the Beast Snaggas for their knowledge of squig physiology, giving them the ability to graft crude bionics and armour plates to their steeds when the need arises.”

The Power Klaw is a nice call back to the old Ork Dok, but this Painboss has made some upgrades. “Their klaw, affectionately dubbed a power snappa, looks a little smaller and lighter than a normal power klaw.” Another example is those legs which aren’t just for show – they called Soopa-legz and they allow the Dok to move at much higher speeds than normal. And that’s just one of many upgrades.

The Squig I.V. is a nice touch. And hwat’s up with that metal hand in the back pack? I’m not sure what types of operating safety standards this Dok has – but we’ll find out soon enough. Oh, and he’s not just a Beast Snagga exclusive. Other Orks will be able to recruit him to their lists – just make an appointment first. And bring some teef…

“Hey, you said there would be a pair of models – where’s the other one?” That’s true! This Dok has some battlefield assistants helping him out:

“While it’s common for Doks of all kinds to keep a few Gretchin around to carry supplies, hold wounds open, and be clenched in the jaw during particularly painful amputations, the grot orderlies that accompany a Painboss need a few modifications of their own to keep up.”

Well there ya go! A Grot Orderly to “assist” the Dok. When you’re an Ork, you take what medical help you can get – even when it looks menacing. Also, doesn’t that Grot know that the mask doesn’t really help if you’re not covering your nose…c’mon man.
