Warhammer+ is coming next week and Games Workshop is giving the fans a preview of Hammer and Bolter’s first offering this Saturday!

August 25th is the official launch day for Warhammer+ and with that comes a TON of content. If you’ve been following the news on this you probably know the details. If you haven’t, one of the big things everyone is curious about is the new animated offerings. Games Workshop has a bunch of shows planned – and the first one up is the anthology series Hammer and Bolter. The first episode is going to be available to watch this Saturday for fans and GW is letting folks watch for free!

“You’ve already seen some spectacular clips and even the first seven minutes of Angels of Death. And now there’s more. This weekend, for 24 hours only from 12pm BST on Saturday the 21st of August, you can watch an entire episode of Hammer and Bolter for free.”

Well the poster is quite epic! So the next question we have is where you can watch this one. You’ll need to pop over to the Warhammer Community website for more on Saturday for that. The good news is that it’s going to be streamed for 24 hours so you’ll have a chance the whole day to watch it. Once we get a link to post from GW for the video we’ll let you know! In the meantime, check out some of these stills from the show – it’s looking pretty good!

“The free episode is called Old Bale Eye, and it focuses on one of the most storied heroes in all of Warhammer 40,000 – Commissar Yarrick himself, facing off against Orks, naturally. What’s more, this episode lets you get into the mind of the Orks, as it’s told from the greenskins’ perspective.”

Oh man! I can’t wait to check this one out. The tale of Yarrick from the Greenskins’ perspective, eh? I’m IN!
