Star Trek Discovery Season 4 – Paramount+ 18th
Season four of STAR TREK: DISCOVERY finds Captain Burnham and the crew of the U.S.S. Discovery facing a threat unlike any they’ve ever encountered. With Federation and non-Federation worlds alike feeling the impact, they must confront the unknown and work together to ensure a hopeful future for all.

Wheel of Time – Amazon Prime November 19th
“Set in a sprawling, epic world where magic exists and only certain women are allowed to access it, the story follows Moiraine (Rosamund Pike), a member of the incredibly powerful all-female organization called the Aes Sedai, as she arrives in the small town of Two Rivers. There, she embarks on a dangerous, world-spanning journey with five young men and women, one of whom is prophesied to be the Dragon Reborn, who will either save or destroy humanity.”

The Expanse Season 6 – Amazon Prime December 10th
“The sixth and final season of The Expanse picks up with the solar system at war, as Marco Inaros and his Free Navy continue to launch devastating asteroid attacks on Earth and Mars. As the tensions of war and shared loss threaten to pull the crew of the Rocinante apart, Chrisjen Avasarala makes a bold move and sends former Martian Marine Bobbie Draper on a secret mission that could turn the tide of the conflict. Meanwhile, in the Belt, Drummer and what’s left of her family are on the run after betraying Marco. And on a distant planet beyond the Rings, a new power begins to rise.”

Blade Runner: Black Lotus – Adult Swim This Fall
The story is set somewhere between the two movies and focuses on a replicant named Elle. Her true purpose is unknown to even herself, but she has something to do with the change from Tyrell Corporation to the Wallace Corporation in 2049. More pieces of the puzzle will be put into place. As far as I’me aware there’s no connection to Shinichirō Watanabe’s trio of shorts that came out in 2017. The thirteen episode series is an Adult Swim and Crunchyroll original from diretors Shinji Aramaki and Kenji Kamiyama with animation studio Sola Digital Arts.
