Warhammer 40K Next Week: Warhammer Day, Kill Team And Titans

3 Minute Read
Oct 24 2021

An utter avalanche of new pre-order releases are lining up for Warhammer Day, Oct. 30th, with new exclusive minis, kill team, and more.

Warhammer Day has come again, and with it, comes a veritable avalanche of new releases. Including two exclusive celebratory miniatures. Naturally, one of them is a Primaris Lieutenant. It wouldn’t be a Games Workshop event without a Primaris Lieutenant, and this one has a  Storm Shield and power sword to keep him safe.

And accompanying him is the Vampire Lord Anasta Malkorion, who brings dragons back to the Mortal Realms with a tiny little baby dragon cradled in one arm.

Next up, there’s a new Kill Team boxed set, Kill Team: Chalnath which pits an Adeptus Sororitas Kill Team against a T’au Pathfinder squad.

The first expansion for the latest version of Kill Team comes with terrain and two full teams to fight over. First a Notiviates kit, full of new Sisters of Battle ready to fight:

And opposing them, a Pathfinder squad that comes with new upgrades.

And for those of you with titanic ambitions, there are two big new releases. First up, Adeptus Titanicus: Traitor Legions.

If you want to run a Traitor Legion, this has everything you need, including background and rules for 11 Titan Legions, 12 Traitor Knight houses, and maniple formations and Stratagems enough for any heretic.

Accompanying them? The new Warmaster Iconoclast Heavy Battle Titan which comes armed with Krius Siege Drill, Grav Imploder, and a Chainsword the size of a hab block.

Finally, Aeronautica Imperialis has gone and done it, with a plastic Thunderhawk, as you’ll see above. And a Fire Raptor squadron, which loses the transport capacity of the Storm Eagle with more ammo and bigger guns.

Finally, one of the big heroes of the Horus Heresy comes Remus Ventanus, the Saviour of Calth, who led a counter-offensive against the Word Bearers on Calth.
