The ‘Multiverse of Madness’ Super Bowl Trailer is jammed with new stuff – including what looks a lot like an X-Men tie-in.

The first preview confirmed a connection to more than just the first movie. It ties in with What If…? – if you don’t recognize that alt version of Stephen Strange go back and watch episode four – and WandaVision. It also revealed some new characters from the pages of Marvel comics.

The latest dives deeper into the massive danger Stephen has put the universe into. That fix at the end of No Way How didn’t really fix things – maybe patched it for a short amount of time.

There are going to be even more trippy visuals than the first one. This movie is going to be filled with chaos and beings from across decades of comics. There’s more America Chavez, Dr. Christine Palmer, and Masters of the Mystic Arts. Oh, and more SHUMA-GORATH!

There’s some doubt sewn here that makes me question which side Wanda is on. The big question I have is: is that Xavier (that sounds like Sir Patrick Stuart to me) and Illuminati? Will this be the MCU X-Men connection?

There’s a lot in there, we’ll have a more detailed breakdown in the morning. What exciting bit did you see?
