A Necromunda deathcycle leads the charge in today’s wave of new Warhammer Preview Online reveals. Come check out what’s new.

It’s Warhammer Preview weekend and the reveals are in. A new Goliath vehicle, Imperial Navy troops, and more Kroot than you would have imagined, and more await in this batch of 40K unveilings.

Let’s dive right in!

Goliath Mauler

First up, the new Goliath Mauler. As the line between Mad Max and Necromunda things to the point of cheesecloth, we get a vehicle that would make Lord Humungus proud.

The Goliath Mauler is big, mean, and designed to punch through any other vehicle that gets in its way.

It’s outfitted with a Power Ram, Hybrid Drive (so it can decide whether it’s on wheels or tracks when coming up to difficult terrain), and boasts heavy firepower.

And that’s just the start of the reveals.

New Kill Team Set – Into the Dark

A new Kill Team set dropped during the preview as well. In it, a team of Imperial Navy soldiers run smack dab into a Kroot Kinband and it’s full of ship-to-ship combat.

As you would expect from the innards of a giant spaceship full of gloomy corridors, eerie flashing lights and inviting vents, the terrain you’ll be fighting over is a little different from previous Kill Team boxes. This set lets you create maze-like boards, full of narrow lines of sight and with sturdy doors to breach.

Big news for the upcoming season of Kill Team, all new sets will be “thematically linked” meaning you can build up an even bigger board along the way.

This is the Space Hulk we’ve all been dreaming of, in many ways. The new terrain looks amazing, so get ready for breaching and boarding actions.

It doesn’t even have to be a derelict ship. You could use these rules and terrain to handle ship-to-ship fighting in the grim darkness of the distant future.

All this coming soon!
