Games Workshop has a new Rumor Engine out and it sure looks like a pumpkin. What are they teasing this time?

Okay, this is another one of those Rumor Engines that are easy to identify as exactly “what” it is…but it’s also so generic you’re left wondering where it’s from. Take a look for yourself and you’ll see what I mean:

“Ever since we first fired up the Rumour Engine, we’ve been asked for clearer, more complete pictures, and your pleas have been heard. Behold, the new and improved Rumour Engine!”

This is very clearly a mace with sharp flanges. It’s a very medieval style weapon as it doesn’t have any power cables or anything “future-tech” looking. This makes it seem very much like it’s something from the Mortal Realms.

But it’s also pretty vague in terms of style. Lots of armies have and use blunt instruments like this.

Nighthaunt have a lot of maces. But they just came out recently. Cities of Sigmar have a lot of maces. But they are still in the design steps apparently.

The weapon doesn’t look too chaotic… but it’s just the head of the weapon. Kind of hard to really tell.

So who could be wielding this weapon? That’s where you come in! Let us know what you think it could be in the comments and why. It’s a tough one for sure as it really could be almost any army. I’m not even 100% sure it’s an AoS tease to be fair!

We can’t see the handle so it really could be anything — like the Adepta Sororitas!

We’re stumped — what do you think it is?
