Games Workshop: Armies On Parade Submissions Start This Month
Mark your calendars for October 17th because that’s when the Armies On Parade submissions go live!
You’ve been working so diligently on your Armies On Parade submissions all year long, right? You’ve kept up with GW’s calendar of milestones and checked all those boxes, right?! You TOTALLY aren’t waiting until the last possible minute to submit your army this year…right???
Yeah. Me either. Whoops. At least we’ve got a little less than a week to knock everything out!
“The long wait is soon over, and the submission window is just one week away. On the 17th of October, you’ll be able to enter your creation into Armies on Parade, all the way through to 23:59pm on the 1st of November. If you’ve been keeping up with your progress all year you’ll have a great army ready to go, but we’ve got a few pointers for those finishing touches.”
Okay, okay, okay! The good news is the submissions START October 17th. But they End November 1st. So if you can get wrapped up before November, you’re good to go!
Ideally, this is when you’re finalizing your board and cleaning up all the details. The next hardest thing for this part is the photography. That’s really the make or break part of your submission. There are some amazing looking models out there that have bad photos taken of them and they look terrible because of it. But a good lighting setup and camera work can really help capture all the awesomeness of your submission.
If you actually have been working hard on your submission this whole year, well, good luck! I hope you’re submissions looks awesome and I can’t wait to take look at it. If you’re rushing (like the rest of us) just know you’re not alone in your procrastination. Whichever boat you’re in godspeed as you race towards the finish line.
